Haringey Warehouse District

Description:

Creation of London’s first planning policy for warehouse living. This planning policy  supports a unique communal live work use in former warehouses, and allows development of the sites to create further warehouse living. This project was a finalist for the Mayor’s Award for Innovation in Planning at the 2018 London Planning Awards. Collective Planning continue to work on the future plans for the area.
